Founder
Javier Ruiz Blay is a criminal lawyer working on complex cases at both national and international level, with a focus on financial and organized crime.
He holds advanced specialization in Criminal Law and international regulation and works across jurisdictions. He is fluent in Spanish and English, and speaks conversational German.
He represents the fourth generation of a family of jurists, with a background that includes judges, prosecutors, and other legal professionals. This legacy shapes a strong commitment to legal rigor and professional ethics.

with the Law
Javier Ruiz Blay is part of the fourth generation of a family connected to the legal field. This environment shaped his approach to the profession early on, with a focus on responsibility, accuracy, and respect for legal practice.
Over the years, his relatives have worked in different roles within the legal system and public service. Among them are judges, prosecutors, attorneys, court officials, and representatives in local government. Some held positions such as President of the Provincial Court of Valencia, President of the APi Santander Association, Supreme Court Justice, and Chief Prosecutor of Aragón, Central Investigating Judge of the Audiencia Nacional, Judge of the Criminal Division of the Audiencia Nacional.
The family history includes Mr. Francisco Blay Velasco, Mr. Enrique Blay Quintana, Mr. Jose Alejandro Quintana y Rozas, Mr. Alfonso Arroyo, Mr. Guillermo Ruiz Arroyo, Mr. Guillermo Ruiz Polanco, Mr. Ramón Polanco y Vélez, Mr. Eugenio Ruiz Zurro, and Ms. Rosario Blay Seijas.
